How to install mod_cband for Apache2 on Ubuntu server 10.04

I have an Ubuntu 10.04 VPS with Apache installed and I want to install mod_cband to control the bandwidth given to each virtual host however when I install it gives me the following error: undefined symbol truncf. I looked around and can't find how to fix it. My server was set up using EHCP
