How to get Apache and MySql in XAMPP running?

I installed XAMPP in my pc and start run the XAMPP Control Panel Application. The FileZilla is automatically running but Apache and MySql is not running. I click start but it is still not work. I tried many time but still not work. What should I do to get both Apache and MySql running?

Please give me a hand.
